We focus on customer satisfaction through product and process quality. Our manufacturing facilities are FSSC 22000, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified. Our HDPE pipes are NS certified.

We have a wide range of testing equipment that enable us to ensure that we supply only the best products to our clients.

We have various testing equipment to ascertain that the quality of our HDPE pipes meet NS-40 requirements and our clients expectations. We follow the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) issued by Nepal Bureau of Standards and Metrology (NS).

Regular visual inspection, inspection by polariscope, dimensional analysis, top load testing, moisture analysis and stability analysis are carried in-house using the best equipment available. We are also the only packaging company in Nepal that has the capacity to test Acetaldehyde (AA) content in PET bottles and preforms.

Our lab equipment are calibrated by external agencies to ensure accurate results. We regularly send our product & raw material samples to renowned labs for external testing of different quality parameters like overall migration, AA, IV, heavy metals and microbiological contamination.
